AB509-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB509-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 5 and substitute:

AB509-AA1,1,3 " Section 1m. 20.435 (2) (da) of the statutes is created to read:

AB509-AA1,1,6 20.435 (2) (da) Reimbursements to local units of government. A sum sufficient for 50 percent of the daily rate for authorized care and services for mentally ill patients in inpatient facilities, as provided in s. 51.42 (3) (as) 1., 1m., and 3.".
