AB565-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB565-AA1,1,3 1. Page 4, line 21: delete "is guilty of a Class I felony" and substitute "shall be subject to the penalty specified in s. 939.51 (3) (a)".

AB565-AA1,1,6 2. Page 7, line 22: delete the material beginning with "is" and ending with "felony" on line 23 and substitute "shall be subject to the penalty specified in s. 939.51 (3) (a)".

AB565-AA1,1,8 3. Page 8, line 15: delete "is guilty of a Class I felony" and substitute "shall be subject to the penalty specified in s. 939.51 (3) (a)".
