AB580-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB580-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 5: delete "by" and substitute "by".

AB580-ASA1-AA2,1,4 2. Page 3, line 6: delete "an action for certiorari" and substitute "an action for certiorari".

AB580-ASA1-AA2,1,6 3. Page 3, line 17: after " correct" insert "if findings that support the valuation are contained in the board's minutes".

AB580-ASA1-AA2,1,9 4. Page 3, line 24: after " assessment." insert "If the presumption is rebutted, the court shall also determine the amount of any payment owed by either party and the date on which the payment is due.".
