AB582-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 10: after that line insert:

AB582-AA1,1,5 "(c) An ordinance that relates to land use planning or the use of real property may not be published as a notice of an ordinance under this subsection and shall be published in its entirety.".

AB582-AA1,1,6 2. Page 4, line 8: after that line insert:

AB582-AA1,1,9 "(c) An ordinance, rule, or order that relates to land use planning or the use of real property may not be published as a notice of an ordinance, rule, or order under this subsection and shall be published in its entirety.".

AB582-AA1,1,10 3. Page 5, line 3: after that line insert:

AB582-AA1,1,13 "(c) A resolution, motion, ordinance, or action that relates to land use planning or the use of real property may not be published as a notice of a resolution, motion, ordinance, or action under this subsection and shall be published in its entirety.".

AB582-AA1,2,4 "(c) An ordinance or bylaw that relates to land use planning or the use of real property may not be published as a notice of an ordinance or bylaw under this subsection and shall be published in its entirety.".
