AB695-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB695-AA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 16: delete "An" and substitute "If any of the following circumstances apply, an".

AB695-AA2,1,9 2. Page 3, line 17: delete the material beginning with "district attorney" and ending with "apply" on line 19 and substitute "director of state courts, who shall, upon receipt of the complaint, ask the chief justice to appoint a temporary reserve judge, as defined in s. 753.075 (1) (b), to determine if the complaint has merit, and, if the complaint has merit, the temporary reserve judge shall request the district attorney to file a complaint".
