AB695-AA3,1,3 " Section 5d. 968.26 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

AB695-AA3,1,7 968.26 (3) If an individual is alleging that a law enforcement officer supplied false information and the district attorney had filed charges against the individual due to the false information the law enforcement officer supplied, the individual may, notwithstanding sub. (2), file a complaint under sub. (1).".
