AB756-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB756-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 2, line 6, and substitute:

AB756-AA2,1,4 " Section 1m. 101.141 of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:

AB756-AA2,1,9 101.141 Record keeping of fires. (1) Each city, village, and town fire department shall file a report for each fire that involves a building and that occurs within the boundaries of the city, village, or town with the U.S. fire administration for placement in the fire incident reporting system maintained by the U.S. fire administration. The report shall be filed within 60 days after the fire occurs.

AB756-AA2,1,10 (2) Each report filed under sub. (1) shall".

AB756-AA2,1,11 2. Page 2, line 19: after that line insert:

AB756-AA2,1,13 "(gg) An estimate of the amount of damages to the building as a result of the fire.

AB756-AA2,2,1 (gm) The number of human deaths due to the fire, if any.

AB756-AA2,2,2 (gr) The number of human injuries due to the fire, if any.".

AB756-AA2,2,3 3. Page 2, line 21: delete "or the department".

AB756-AA2,2,4 4. Page 2, line 21: after that line insert:

AB756-AA2,2,6 "(3) The department may review, correct, and update any report filed by a fire department under this section.".
