AB770-AA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:

AB770-AA4,1,4 "(c) No person engaged in any of the following activities may claim the exemption under par. (b):

AB770-AA4,1,6 1. Research that destroys a human embryo or uses cells or tissue derived from the destruction of a human embryo that was destroyed after August 9, 2001.

AB770-AA4,1,7 2. Creating human embryos for research purposes.

AB770-AA4,1,8 3. Cloning human embryos for any purpose.".
