AB778-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 14: after that line insert:

AB778-AA1,1,3 " Section 3m. 813.122 (4) (aq) of the statutes is created to read:

AB778-AA1,1,7 813.122 (4) (aq) If the court issues a temporary restraining order under par. (am), the court may include in the order permission for the respondent to be present in places where children are known to be present and to have contact with children if accompanied by an individual specified by the court.".
