AB79-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB79-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 5, line 12: delete "wetlands in" and substitute "county".

AB79-ASA1-AA2,1,4 2. Page 5, line 12: after "ordinance" insert "under s. 59.692 or a county floodplain zoning ordinance under s. 87.30".

AB79-ASA1-AA2,1,5 3. Page 5, line 13: after "board" insert "under s. 59.69".

AB79-ASA1-AA2,1,8 4. Page 5, line 19: delete that line and substitute "any county zoning ordinance enacted under s. 59.69, other than a county shorelands zoning ordinance under s. 59.692 or a county floodplain zoning ordinance under s. 87.30,".

AB79-ASA1-AA2,2,2 5. Page 6, line 3: after "sub. (2)" insert ", except that if a referendum revoking charter town status is approved under sub. (2), city or village extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction or extraterritorial plat approval jurisdiction that did not apply to the town because of its former charter town status apply to the town on the effective date of the revocation resolution".
