AB83-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB83-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 1: after "Wisconsin-Extension" insert "or his or her designee".

AB83-AA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 2: after "chosen" insert "jointly".

AB83-AA1,1,4 3. Page 3, line 9: after that line insert:

AB83-AA1,1,6 "8g. A technical college district director appointed by the director of the technical college system.

AB83-AA1,1,8 8r. A technical college dean with authority over agricultural programs appointed by the director of the technical college system.".

AB83-AA1,1,9 4. Page 4, line 5: after that line insert:

Page 8, line 18: after "2011." insert "Notwithstanding the length of terms specified in section 15.137 (2) (cm) of the statutes, as created by this act, the state superintendent of public instruction shall appoint one initial member of the agricultural education and workforce development council under section 15.137 (2) (a) 24. to 27. of the statutes for a term ending on July 1, 2009, one initial member of the agricultural education and workforce development council under section 15.137 (2) (a) 24. to 27. of the statutes for a term ending on July 1, 2010, and 2 initial members of the agricultural education and workforce development council under section 15.137 (2) (a) 24. to 27. of the statutes for terms ending on July 1, 2011.".
