ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 3, TO 2007 ASSEMBLY BILL 83

AB83-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB83-AA3,1,3 1. Page 4, line 16: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 5, line 3, and substitute:

AB83-AA3,1,4 " Section 3v. 20.115 (8) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB83-AA3,1,8 20.115 (8) (a) General program operations. The amounts in the schedule for general program operations to provide central administrative services and for the activities of the agricultural education and workforce development council, subject to s. 93.33 (6).".

AB83-AA3,1,10 2. Page 8, line 6: delete "(b)" and substitute "(a), for the purposes of the council,".

AB83-AA3,1,12 3. Page 8, line 22: delete "(b) of the statutes, as created" and substitute "(a) of the statutes, as affected".
