AB874-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB874-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 7: delete "Class G" and substitute "Class I".

AB874-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 8: delete lines 8 to 13 and substitute:

AB874-AA1,1,4 " Section 3e. 943.50 (4) (bf) of the statutes is renumbered 943.50 (4) (bf) 1.

AB874-AA1, s. 3g Section 3g. 943.50 (4) (bf) 2. of the statutes is created to read:

AB874-AA1,1,10 943.50 (4) (bf) 2. A Class I felony if the value of the merchandise does not exceed $2,500 and if the person violated this section with the intent to sell the merchandise on the Internet. It is prima facie evidence that the person intends to sell the merchandise on the Internet if, within 90 days preceding the violation, the person sold the same or similar kind of merchandise on the Internet.".
