AB89-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB89-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 5, line 16: after that line insert:

AB89-ASA1-AA1,1,4 " Section 8m. 114.09 (2) (c) 2. of the statutes, as affected by 2007 Wisconsin Act 20, is amended to read:

AB89-ASA1-AA1,1,9 114.09 (2) (c) 2. May be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than one year in the county jail or both if the total of convictions under sub. (1) (b) 2. equals 2 or more in a 4-year period. The 4-year period shall be measured from the dates of the violations that resulted in the convictions, and the violation resulted in bodily harm to another person.".
