AR4-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:
AR4-AA3,1,2 21. Page 3, line 14: after that line insert:
AR4-AA3,1,3 3" Section 5m. Assembly rule 56 (1) is amended to read:
AR4-AA3,1,12 4Assembly Rule 56 (1) Any member who desires to speak in debate or submit
5any matter to the assembly shall rise in his or her assigned place and respectfully
6address the presiding officer. Upon being recognized, the member shall confine his
7or her remarks to the question before the assembly and shall avoid personalities. A
8member may be recognized or addressed only by the number of the member's district
9or; by the county or municipality in which the member resides; by the member's first
10and last name preceded by "Representative"; or by the member's last name preceded
11by "Representative." The presiding officer may specify which form of recognition or
12address is appropriate at any time
