AR4-AA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: after that line insert:

AR4-AA4,1,3 " Section 1h. Assembly rule 11 (12) is created to read:

AR4-AA4,1,7 Assembly Rule 11 (12) A committee may not hold a public hearing on a draft proposal prepared by the legislative reference bureau that has only been assigned a number by the legislative reference bureau and that has not been introduced or offered.".

AR4-AA4,1,8 2. Page 2, line 2: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1p".
