SB103-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB103-SA2,1,2 1. Page 13, line 13: delete "shall" and substitute "may".

SB103-SA2,1,4 2. Page 13, line 15: delete the material beginning with ", against" and ending with "department" on line 17.

SB103-SA2,1,5 3. Page 14, line 4: after that line insert:

SB103-SA2,1,7 "(2c) The treatment of section 972.15 (1m) of the statutes takes effect on the first day of the 13th month beginning after publication.".
