SB122-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB122-SSA1-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 23: delete "either".

SB122-SSA1-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 24: delete the material beginning with "or 50" and ending with "material" on page 3, line 2.

SB122-SSA1-SA1,1,5 3. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:

SB122-SSA1-SA1,1,6 " Section 2m. 70.11 (21m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB122-SSA1-SA1,1,11 70.11 (21m) Property that produces energy from wood waste. All property used to produce energy, steam, or heat for a manufacturing process from wood chips, sawdust, and other wood residue from the paper and wood products manufacturing process that would otherwise be considered superfluous, discarded, or fugitive material.".
