SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 142

SB142-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB142-SSA1-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 11: after "defibrillator," insert "instruction in resuscitation,".

SB142-SSA1-SA1,1,3 2. Page 6, line 25: after that line insert:

SB142-SSA1-SA1,1,4 " Section 8g. 146.555 of the statutes is created to read:

SB142-SSA1-SA1,1,9 146.555 Cardiocerebral resuscitation. Any person who offers certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation shall provide the written information on cardiocerebral resuscitation that is prepared by the emergency medical services board under s. 146.58 (9) to each individual to whom the person provides instruction in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

SB142-SSA1-SA1, s. 8m Section 8m. 146.58 (9) of the statutes is created to read:

SB142-SSA1-SA1,2,3 146.58 (9) Prepare written information on cardiocerebral resuscitation and provide the information to persons who offer certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.".

SB142-SSA1-SA1,2,4 3. Page 20, line 6: after that line insert:

SB142-SSA1-SA1,2,6 "(2m) Cardiocerebral resuscitation written information. Section 8m of this act takes effect on the day after publication.".
