SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 152

SB152-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB152-SA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 9: delete the material beginning with "state" and ending with "department" on line 12 and substitute "the Wisconsin homeland security council and to the department of transportation".

SB152-SA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 14: delete lines 14 and 15 and substitute:

SB152-SA1,1,8 "(a) A list of all railroad yards, sidings, storage tracks, and facilities that are owned, operated, or serviced by the railroad that carry or store hazardous cargo and the function of each facility.".

SB152-SA1,1,9 3. Page 3, line 3: before "approximate" insert "type and".

SB152-SA1,1,12 4. Page 4, line 2: delete the material beginning with "state" and ending with "department" on line 3 and substitute "the Wisconsin homeland security council and to the department of transportation".

SB152-SA1,1,13 5. Page 4, line 9: delete "surveillance and".

SB152-SA1,2,3 6. Page 4, line 9: after "infrastructure" insert ", including bridges, tunnels, and hazardous material tracks and storage facilities when deemed necessary by the department or the Wisconsin homeland security council".
