SB167-AA1,1,2 1. Page 10, line 2: before "residence" insert "single-family".

SB167-AA1,1,3 2. Page 10, line 3: after that line insert:

SB167-AA1,1,7 "(am) A property owner of a 2-family residence who resides in one of the units and who installs, repairs, or maintains electrical wiring on the premises of the 2-family residence, unless a license or registration issued by the department is required by local ordinance.".
