SB228-SSA1-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB228-SSA1-SA3,1,7 1. Page 4, line 11: after "subchapter." insert "If an applicant for registration under this subchapter is also an applicant for another approval from the department that authorizes the applicant to perform construction activities, the department shall issue a combined approval to the applicant that confers all of the privileges and responsibilities of registration under this subchapter and all of the privileges and responsibilities of the other approval.".

SB228-SSA1-SA3,1,9 2. Page 5, line 17: delete "performed the construction activities" and substitute "entered into the contract with the contractor".

SB228-SSA1-SA3,1,11 3. Page 5, line 22: delete "performed the construction activities" and substitute "entered into the contract with the subcontractor".
