SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 23

SB23-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB23-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "lobbyist" insert "and service by a lobbyist as the state chairperson of a political party".

SB23-SA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

SB23-SA1,1,5 " Section 1m. 13.625 (1) (e) of the statutes is created to read:

SB23-SA1,1,7 13.625 (1) (e) While so employed or retained, serve as the state chairperson of a political party, as defined in s. 5.02 (13).".

SB23-SA1,1,8 3. Page 1, line 3: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 2m".
