SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 25

SB25-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB25-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with "the first" and ending with "each" on line 6 and substitute "January 1 of an".

SB25-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

SB25-SA1,1,6 "(am) If in any year there is more than one executive budget bill under s. 16.47 (1m), the period under par. (a) ends on the date of enactment of the last such bill.".
