SB252-SA1,1,3 21. Page 2, line 2: delete "In conjunction with the department of health and
3family services," and substitute "The department of health and family services".

SB252-SA1,1,4 42. Page 2, line 3: delete "the department".

SB252-SA1,1,6 53. Page 2, line 10: delete "The department" and substitute "In conjunction
6with the department of health and family services, the department".
