SB275-SA1,1,2 21. Page 6, line 4: delete "the 3rd party" and substitute "3rd parties".

SB275-SA1,1,3 32. Page 6, line 5: after that line insert:

SB275-SA1,1,5 4"5. The 3rd party to whom the information is furnished has not extended credit
5to the consumer on which an unpaid balance remains.".
