SB28-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB28-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

SB28-AA2,1,3 " Section 1g. 101.133 of the statutes is created to read:

SB28-AA2,1,7 101.133 Use of certain lumber allowed. The department may not require that a person who uses load-bearing dimension lumber for the construction of any structure must have that lumber tested and approved for conformance by the department if all of the following apply:

SB28-AA2,1,9 (1) The lumber is milled from wood products harvested from land that the person owns.

SB28-AA2,1,11 (2) The lumber is milled at a mill owned by that person and located on property owned by the person.

SB28-AA2,1,13 (3) The lumber is used exclusively for construction of a structure on land that the person owns.".

SB28-AA2,2,1 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".
