SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 283

SB283-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB283-SA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 11: after "$500" insert "for each day of violation".

SB283-SA2,1,3 2. Page 3, line 19: delete lines 19 to 21 and substitute:

SB283-SA2,1,7 "50.034 (8) (a) Whoever violates sub. (5m) or (5n) or rules promulgated under sub. (5m) or (5n) may be required to forfeit not more than $500 for each violation. Whoever violates sub. (3m) may be required to forfeit not more than $500 for each day of violation.".

SB283-SA2,1,8 3. Page 4, line 4: delete lines 4 to 6 and substitute:

SB283-SA2,1,12 "50.035 (11) (a) Whoever violates sub. (4m) or (4n) or rules promulgated under sub. (4m) or (4n) may be required to forfeit not more than $500 for each violation. Whoever violates sub. (10m) may be required to forfeit not more than $500 for each day of violation.".
