SB37-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB37-SA2,1,2 1. Page 6, line 16: delete "48.658" and substitute "48.687".

SB37-SA2,1,3 2. Page 8, line 16: delete lines 16 to 18.

SB37-SA2,1,4 3. Page 8, line 19: delete "2." and substitute "1.".

SB37-SA2,1,6 4. Page 8, line 24: delete "a copy of" and substitute "information on how to obtain access to".

SB37-SA2,1,7 5. Page 9, line 1: delete "list to" and substitute "information to review the list,".

SB37-SA2,1,8 6. Page 9, line 2: delete "premises" and substitute "premises,".

Whenever an employee or agent of the department, county department, child welfare agency, or school board visits a premises listed in this paragraph where care for children is provided, the employee or agent shall provide the residential care center for children and youth, foster home, treatment foster home, group home, day care center, day care provider, day care program, or shelter care facility with the notice and information under par. (a) 1. and with a reminder of the action required under par. (a) 2., both orally and in writing, and shall show a copy of the list of unsafe children's products to the recipient of the notice and information.".
