SB40-SSA1-SA4,1,2 1. Page 1052, line 4: delete lines 4 to 22.

SB40-SSA1-SA4,1,4 2. Page 1663, line 9: delete the material beginning with "(a)" and ending with "(b)" on line 12.

SB40-SSA1-SA4,1,5 3. Page 1677, line 5: delete "sections 77.22 (1) and" and substitute "section".
