SENATE AMENDMENT 6, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 40

SB40-SSA1-SA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB40-SSA1-SA6,1,4 1. Page 193, line 11: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2007-08 by $13,800,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2008-09 by $13,800,000 for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.

SB40-SSA1-SA6,1,7 2. Page 193, line 11: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2007-08 by $13,382,900 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2008-09 by $12,991,000 to increase by 4 percent the rates of medical assistance payment for nursing homes.

SB40-SSA1-SA6,1,10 3. Page 196, line 5: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2007-08 by $13,800,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2008-09 by $13,800,000 for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.

SB40-SSA1-SA6,2,3 4. Page 196, line 15: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2007-08 by $7,528,100 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2008-09 by $14,318,800 for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.

SB40-SSA1-SA6,2,6 5. Page 805, line 10: delete "the general fund, except amounts in excess of $13,800,000 shall be deposited in" and substitute "the general fund, except amounts in excess of $13,800,000 shall be deposited in".

SB40-SSA1-SA6,2,7 6. Page 805, line 15: delete "$127" and substitute "$75".
