SENATE AMENDMENT 4, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 403

SB403-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB403-SA4,1,3 1. Page 2, line 12: delete "as provided in sub. (4a) (e)" and substitute "for property described in subs. (4) and (4a)".

SB403-SA4,1,7 2. Page 2, line 16: after "property." insert "Leasing property described in sub. (4) or (4a) as residential or low-income housing does not render it taxable if the property owner uses all of the leasehold income to further the benevolent or nonprofit activities of the owner.".

SB403-SA4,1,9 3. Page 5, line 12: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 6, line 9.
