SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 413

SB413-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB413-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: delete the material beginning with "(1)" and ending with "(2)" on page 2, line 4.

SB413-SA1,1,8 2. Page 2, line 10: delete "of all such maintenance" and substitute ", in an amount not to exceed a total of $2,000 per year on a statewide basis, of such maintenance and shall only perform maintenance under this section in amounts above that sum to the extent that the department has received local or private funding for such maintenance".
