SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 415

SB415-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB415-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 2, and substitute:

SB415-SA1,1,4 " Section 2m. 20.435 (1) (ha) of the statutes is created to read:

SB415-SA1,1,7 20.435 (1) (ha) Cancer information fees. All moneys received from fees imposed under s. 255.04 (6), for the costs under s. 255.04 associated with collecting, compiling, and disseminating cancer information.".

SB415-SA1,1,9 2. Page 4, line 10: after "researcher" insert ", shall be credited to the appropriation account under s. 20.435 (1) (ha),".

SB415-SA1,1,10 3. Page 5, line 23: delete "GPR" and substitute "PR".

SB415-SA1,1,11 4. Page 5, line 24: delete "(ae)" and substitute "(ha)".
