SENATE AMENDMENT 3, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 429

SB429-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB429-SA3,1,2 1. Page 1, line 1: after "village" insert "and a city".

SB429-SA3,1,3 2. Page 1, line 2: delete "its" and substitute "their".

SB429-SA3,1,4 3. Page 1, line 2: delete "quota" and substitute "quotas".

SB429-SA3,1,7 4. Page 2, line 4: after "4,000" insert ", and the governing body of a city in the southern geographical half of Milwaukee County that borders Lake Michigan and has a population of less than 15,000,".

SB429-SA3,1,9 5. Page 2, line 5: delete "board," and substitute "board or governing body, respectively,".

SB429-SA3,1,10 6. Page 2, line 6: after "village's" insert "or city's".

SB429-SA3,2,3 7. Page 2, line 6: after "(d)." insert "No "Class B" license may be issued under this paragraph after the first day of the 4th month beginning after the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date]. If a "Class B" license issued under this paragraph is surrendered to the issuing village or city, not renewed, or revoked, the village or city may not reissue the license.".
