SB462-SA1,1,3 2. Page 7, line 13: after that line insert:

SB462-SA1,1,7 "1m. An evaluation that is obtained for an appointment to a law enforcement or tribal law enforcement position by one appointing authority may not be used to satisfy the requirement under subd. 1. for an appointment to a law enforcement or tribal law enforcement officer position by another appointing authority.".
