SENATE AMENDMENT 3, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 462

SB462-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB462-SA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 11: delete lines 11 to 22.

SB462-SA3,1,3 2. Page 3, line 22: after that line insert:

SB462-SA3,1,4 " Section 2m. 23.11 (4m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB462-SA3,1,11 23.11 (4m) The department may not appoint any individual to serve as a full-time ranger who will be authorized to carry a firearm or as a full-time warden unless the department reviews any evaluation by a psychologist that is required under s. 165.85 (4) (g). Notwithstanding s. 103.13, the department shall keep confidential any record of an evaluation received or maintained under this subsection and any such record is not open to public inspection or copying under s. 19.35.".
