SB480-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB480-SA2,1,2 1. Page 20, line 8: after that line insert:

SB480-SA2,1,4 "(am) 1. In this paragraph, "political subdivision" means a county, village, city, or town in this state.

SB480-SA2,1,7 2. The department may not deny certification under this subsection to a person on the basis that the department has already certified one or more other persons in the same political subdivision, provided the requirements of par. (a) are satisfied.".
