SB510-SA1,1,2 1. Page 8, line 18: after that line insert:

SB510-SA1,1,4 " Section 12c. 49.175 (1) (p) of the statutes, as affected by 2007 Wisconsin Act 20, is amended to read:

SB510-SA1,1,7 49.175 (1) (p) Direct child care services. For direct child care services under s. 49.155, $340,601,800 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $355,352,000 $370,452,000 in fiscal year 2008-09.".

SB510-SA1,1,8 2. Page 48, line 5: after that line insert:

SB510-SA1,2,2 "(6c) Wisconsin Works child care subsidies. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of children and families under section 20.437 (2) (cm) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2007, the dollar amount is increased by $15,100,000 for fiscal year 2008-09 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.".
