SB523-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB523-SA1,1,2 1. Page 17, line 9: delete lines 9 to 23.

SB523-SA1,1,3 2. Page 62, line 15: after that line insert:

SB523-SA1,1,7 "(j) "Facility" means an operating plant or establishment providing electricity to the public or carrying on any manufacturing activity, trade, or business on one site, including similar plants or establishments under common ownership or control located on contiguous properties.".

SB523-SA1,1,8 3. Page 64, line 23: after that line insert:

SB523-SA1,1,10 "(wp) "Water supply system," when not preceded by "public," means one of the following:
