SB523-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB523-SA2,1,2 21. Page 64, line 2: after that line insert:
SB523-SA2,1,7 3"(ps) "Reasonable supply alternative" means a supply alternative that is
4similar in cost to, and as environmentally sustainable and protective of public health
5as, the proposed new or increased interbasin transfer and that does not have greater
6adverse environmental impacts than the proposed new or increased interbasin
7transfer.".

10supply that is economically and environmentally sustainable in the long term to
