SB544-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB544-SA4,1,3 1. Page 4, line 4: delete "A political" and substitute "1. Subject to subd. 2., a political".

SB544-SA4,1,4 2. Page 4, line 13: after that line insert:

SB544-SA4,1,9 "2. If a political subdivision that receives an application for approval under subd. 1. does not have in effect an ordinance described under par. (g), the 45 day time period for determining whether an application is complete, as described in subd. 1., does not begin until the first day of the 7th month beginning after the political subdivision receives the application.".
