ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 12, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 ASSEMBLY BILL 282

AB282-ASA1-AA12,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB282-ASA1-AA12,1,2 1. Page 35, line 20: delete "(e)" and substitute "(e), (em),".

AB282-ASA1-AA12,1,3 2. Page 36, line 3: delete "par. (f)" and substitute "pars. (em) and (f)".

AB282-ASA1-AA12,1,4 3. Page 37, line 21: after that line insert:

AB282-ASA1-AA12,1,9 "(em) No resolution under par. (a) or (b) is effective unless it is ratified by the electors at a referendum held in the political subdivision. The referendum question on the referendum ballot shall include a specific question asking whether an authority should be formed and shall inform the electors of the taxes that the authority may later be authorized to impose under sub. (6) (a) 1. and s. 77.708.".
