AB496-SA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB496-SA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 15: delete lines 15 to 18, as affected by assembly amendment 7, and substitute:

AB496-SA1,1,5 " Section 2m. 346.95 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB496-SA1,1,7 346.95 (2) Any person violating s. 346.89 (1) or (3) (a) or 346.94 (2), (4), or (7) may be required to forfeit not less than $20 nor more than $400.".
