AB659-SA1,1,2 1. Page 24, line 9: delete that line and substitute:

AB659-SA1,1,4 "2. If a health care provider offers to perform an HIV test, the health care provider offers".

AB659-SA1,1,7 2. Page 40, line 2: delete lines 2 to 5 and substitute "provide to health care providers a brief explanation or description of all of the following that a health care provider may provide prospective HIV test subjects under sub. (2m) (a) 2.:".
