AB75-ASA1-AA84,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB75-ASA1-AA84,1,5 21. Page 169, line 2: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2009-10 by
3$16,830,400 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2010-11 by $15,829,100
4for the purpose of increasing funding for the purposes for which the appropriation
5is made.
AB75-ASA1-AA84,1,9 62. Page 172, line 3: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2009-10 by
7$23,223,800 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2010-11 by $16,753,200
8for the purpose of decreasing funding for the purposes for which the appropriation

AB75-ASA1-AA84,2,2317 50.14 (3) By the end of each month, each facility shall submit to the department
18the amount due under sub. (2) for each licensed bed of the facility that is subject to
19assessment
for the month preceding the month during which the payment is being
20submitted. The department shall verify the number of beds licensed subject to
21assessment
and, if necessary, make adjustments to the payment, notify the facility
22of changes in the payment owing and send the facility an invoice for the additional
23amount due or send the facility a refund.".
