SB103-SA1,1,4 1. Page 3, line 10: after "person" insert "who holds a probationary license issued under s. 343.085 or an instruction permit issued under s. 343.07 and who is under 18 years of age".

SB103-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 11: delete "viewing,".

SB103-SA1,1,6 3. Page 3, line 11: delete ", or otherwise operating".
