SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 103

SB103-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB103-SA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "using electronic text messaging devices" and substitute "composing or sending electronic text messages".

SB103-SA2,1,5 2. Page 3, line 1: delete the material beginning with "(a)" and ending with "device." on line 9.

SB103-SA2,1,8 3. Page 3, line 10: after "person" insert "who holds a probationary license issued under s. 343.085 or an instruction permit issued under s. 343.07 and who is under 18 years of age".

SB103-SA2,1,10 4. Page 3, line 11: delete "viewing, transmitting information into, or otherwise operating" and substitute "composing or sending".

SB103-SA2,1,11 5. Page 3, line 12: delete "messaging device" and substitute "message".
