SB103-SSA1-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB103-SSA1-SA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 15: delete the material beginning with "who" and ending with "age" on line 17.

SB103-SSA1-SA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 19: delete the material beginning with "operators" and ending with "vehicles." on line 20 and substitute "any of the following:

SB103-SSA1-SA2,1,6 1. An operator of an authorized emergency vehicle.

SB103-SSA1-SA2,1,10 2. The use of any device whose primary function is transmitting and receiving emergency alert messages and messages related to the operation of the vehicle or an accessory that is integrated into the electrical system of a vehicle, including a global positioning system device.".
