SB107-AA3,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

The department shall report the results of the study, including its recommendations, to the standing committees of each house of the legislature with jurisdiction over environmental matters no later than the first day of the 13th month beginning after the effective date of this subsection.".
